Authors are invited to submit original full papers of no more than six (6) pages, including results, figures, tables, and references. Up to two (2) additional pages may be included at a cost of USD 250 (LKR 85,000) per page, borne by the authors.

Papers must be formatted in the IEEE double-column format on A4 size paper, strictly following the official template, and submitted electronically in PDF format. Final papers found to exceed the page limit or otherwise violate the instructions to authors will not be considered.

Literature surveys and review papers will not be accepted. Every submission is checked for plagiarism, and papers with a high similarity index are rejected without review.
