From the first PDF to the camera-ready upload, these are the instructions every ICITR 2026 submission must follow.
Authors are invited to submit original full papers of no more than six (6) pages, including results, figures, tables, and references. Up to two (2) additional pages may be included at a cost of USD 250 (LKR 85,000) per page, borne by the authors.
Papers must be formatted in the IEEE double-column format on A4 size paper, strictly following the official template, and submitted electronically in PDF format. Final papers found to exceed the page limit or otherwise violate the instructions to authors will not be considered.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

ICITR 2026 will be held physically at the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Moratuwa, with online facilitation for foreign participants. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay before the registration deadline.
